We are currently looking for a motivated Implementation & Operations Intern to join our team in Delhi and help bridge the gap between finance and tech!

What you will do:

- Assist in deploying our AI finance software by mapping out client workflows (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Invoicing).
- Prepare automated MIS and performance reports for clients.
- Support daily service operations and cross-functional team coordination.
- Help optimize processes and oversee internal/client-facing financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation Support: Assist the implementation team in mapping out client finance workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Invoicing etc) to deploy our software solutions effectively.
- Client Reporting & Automation: Assist in preparing automated MIS (Management Information Systems) and performance reports for clients, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights.
- Operational Excellence: Support daily service operations, track task allocation, and coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery.
- Financial Administration: Help oversee internal and client-facing financial processes, including invoicing workflows, books of accounts, and vendor payment tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Document business requirements, maintain project trackers, and identify opportunities to improve process discipline and operational efficiency.

Who we are looking for:





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and MIS reporting.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in fintech and AI.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SQL and Python is highly preferred!

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of core accounting principles, financial reporting, MIS, and invoicing processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and a robust interest in AI and fintech software.
- Systems Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and a strong interest in AI and fintech software.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a leadership mindset, and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration.
