Job Title: Implementation Manager Data & Analytics (US Healthcare)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with strong data, analytics, and healthcare domain expertise to lead endtoend implementations of data and analytics solutions for US Healthcare clients. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency along with strong ownership of client onboarding, data integration, mapping, and analytics delivery.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with TSQL, AWS, Azure data platforms, large datasets, and US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Systems (RCMS). Prior exposure to PM systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner and data mapping between operational systems and analytics platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage endtoend implementation of data and analytics solutions for US healthcare clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
- Design and oversee data integration pipelines from PM systems and source data into analytics platforms.
- Define and validate data mapping rules between:
- PM systems (EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)

- Revenue Cycle source systems

- Analytics and reporting applications
- Provide hands-on guidance and review of:

- TSQL development

- ETL workflows
- Data transformations and performance optimization
- Work extensively with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.
- Use AWS and Azure services to support implementation and analytics use cases.
- Drive data analytics, reporting, KPIs, and metrics aligned to RCMS operational needs.
- Ensure implementation milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams, architects, analysts, and QA.
- Communicate regularly with US stakeholders, providing status updates and risk mitigation plans.




- Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and healthcare best practices.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong handson experience with TSQL

- Proven experience with
- AWS: Athena, S3, workflows, notebooks
- Azure: SQL Database, Elastic Pool
- ETL frameworks and data pipelines

- Expertise in
- Working with large and complex datasets
- Data loading from flat files and databases to target systems
- SQL performance tuning and optimization

- Strong knowledge of

- Data analytics
- Charts, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics

Domain Expertise (Mandatory / Preferred)

- Robust understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCMS) including:
- Scheduling & Eligibility
- Claims & Billing
- Payments & AR

- Denials Management
- Add-on / Strong Plus: Hands-on or implementation experience with PM systems:

- EPIC

- Meditech

- Cerner
- Solid understanding of data mapping between PM systems and analytics applications, including:
- Source-to-target mapping

- Business rule validation
- Metric definitions and KPI calculations

Leadership & Implementation Skills

- Experience managing multiple implementations or enterprise clients
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Strong stakeholder management across US and India teams
- Proficiency in implementation documentation:

- Mapping documents

- Data dictionaries

- KPI definitions
- Ability to identify risks and drive resolution proactively

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- MBA / Healthcare Management or equivalent is a plus

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Client-facing experience with US customers
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in offshore/onshore delivery models

Nice to Have

- Experience in healthcare product implementations or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data practices
- Exposure to reporting or visualization tools
- Prior experience in healthcare analytics or RCM products
