Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role based in the Kharadi, Pune.

- The Immigration Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their migration and resettlement requirements, and provide tailored consulting on suitable visa options.
- Daily tasks include conducting initial assessments, explaining immigration pathways, preparing proposals, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into successful applications.
- The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal processing teams,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle.
- The consultant will also participate in sales initiatives, information sessions, and outreach activities to promote Endurance Immigration’s services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales Consulting skills, including lead generation, needs analysis, and closing.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills focused on immigration solutions, documentation guidance, and process explanation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in immigration services or service-based sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated on immigration policies and regulations.

Salary ₹25,000–₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
