We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Immigration Consultant – Telecaller / Visa Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, counselling prospective customers, explaining visa and immigration services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients.
- Explain Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit, PR and other immigration services.
- Understand client requirements and provide initial visa counselling.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate client and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing team.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Stay updated with basic visa requirements and immigration procedures.

Requirements:

- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Positive convincing, counselling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Immigration or Visa Counselling will be an advantage.
