Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant – Immigration role based in Kochi.

The Sales

Consultant will guide prospective clients through immigration options, explain processes and eligibility, and recommend suitable programs based on individual profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting service proposals, and following up with leads to support conversions. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and achieving set sales and performance targets.

The Sales





Consultant will also contribute to client satisfaction by providing transparent communication, timely updates, and professional support throughout the consultation journey.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate immigration solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, to explain complex immigration processes clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work with targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Strong willingness to learn new products and client management tools.
- Prior experience in immigration, overseas education, or related consulting roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales or immigration consulting are a plus.
- Professional demeanor, ethical approach, and commitment to providing non-discriminatory, client-focused service.
