ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEPosition Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
- Relevant accounting experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records
- Handle Tally / Tally Prime operations
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Handle Vendor Reconciliation
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, filing, and documentation
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and other accounting reports
- Maintain proper documentation for audits




- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities

- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners can be preferred

Location: Vijayawada

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
