Key Responsibilities

- System Operations: Monitor IBM Z console, logs, CICS, and DB2; support IPLs, role swaps, and component restarts.
- Batch & Workload: Manage, schedule, and troubleshoot batch jobs using JCL and TWS.
- Incident Management: Perform triage, initial checks, and escalations with global support teams.

Key Requirements

- Mandatory: IBM Storage.
- Preferred: Banking/Finance background in high-availability environments.
