Implementation Consultant and Integration Developer Sprinklr • Years delivering contact centre or CCaaS implementations • Experience with platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral or similar • Robust understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC) • Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and API design • Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions • REST APIs, Postman • Middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services) • API orchestration and data transformation (JSON/XML) • ETL/ELT pipelines for customer interaction data • Authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways.
