Monitor corrective actions and follow up on compliance. Support consistent food quality and safety practices across the hotel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience .

Experience in hospitality, food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance . Solid understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Good observation, reporting, and compliance-monitoring skills.

Basic
