Key Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed heat-load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment including VRF systems, chillers, pumps, and fans.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical submittals after contract award, and coordinate with consultants and the client to obtain all necessary approvals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and offer technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in coordination with the business development team.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and consultants.

Estimation Responsibilities:
- Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates.
- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and technical submittals.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors for accurate pricing of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Ensure all estimations are compliant with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for seamless handover post-sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- HVAC sales and estimation experience
- Heat load calculations & HVAC equipment selection (VRF/Chillers)
- BOQ preparation & cost estimation




- Client & consultant coordination
- HVAC contracting background
- Value engineering and latest HVAC technology exposure
