Role & responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment equipment.
- Monitor and operate automated control systems such as SCADA, FMCS, and DDC.
- Interpret O&M; manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to perform accurate installations and maintenance.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance tests to identify and correct system malfunctions.
- Perform precision repairs, including pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work.
- Execute preventive maintenance taskssystem charging, filter replacement, lubrication, and calibration.
- Research and source replacement parts, components, and materials as required.
- Apply expertise across a variety of mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, evaporators, control systems, heaters, A/C units, and pollution abatement systems.
- Modify and upgrade systems to meet changing space utilization and operational requirements.
