Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter (target-based, from consultancy background) at CareerBloc.

The Human Resources

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating client interviews. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and aligning recruitment strategies with agreed targets and timelines. The recruiter will track daily and weekly performance metrics, update recruitment dashboards,



and ensure accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems. Additional responsibilities include negotiating offers, supporting onboarding coordination, and collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience in consultancy or agency-based recruitment with proven ability to work in target-driven environments.
- Solid client management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate role requirements.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networks such as LinkedIn for candidate outreach.
- Good negotiation and offer management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a qualified, inclusive approach to candidates and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with basic HR practices and labor market trends; experience hiring for diverse roles and levels is an advantage.
