Hi Guys

We have an opening for #HVAC#SME as per below .

Location- #Mohali

Field visits- Across #North #MSC’s as & when required

1.) HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning):

2.) Shall include Chillers,#Air Handling #Units (AHUs), #Split ACs, ln Row AC units, #PAC &. Routine

3.) operation shall include:

Starting / stopping / sequencing of the PAC units at the scheduled time.

Maintaining of the desired uptime as per the SLA.

Monitoring / logging of some key parameters given below:

inside room air temperature & humidity.

High room temperature

Voltage & current.

PFA the Scope-

Quarterly Thermal Audit Report of MSC to ensure precise & continuous environmental control (temperature, humidity, and airflow) to protect critical IT equipment, maintain high energy efficiency, and ensure business continuity.

Heat Load Calculation: Precisely calculate the heat generated by IT equipment, lighting, and other sources to determine the required cooling capacity and prevent oversizing or under sizing of systems.

Airflow Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective airflow management, such as hot/cold aisle containment,



blanking panels, and proper cable management, to prevent hot and cold air mixing which improves cooling efficiency, prevents thermal mixing, and reduces the workload on HVAC systems, ultimately lowering energy consumption.

Energy Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency (e.g., optimizing setpoints, prevent hot/cold air mixing, PAC sequencing/ sync. operations/ Thermal load ) to lower operational costs and reduce the facility's HVAC Power Usage Effectiveness (HVACUE).

Key Performance Index (KPI)

Troubleshooting and Emergency Response: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently, including performing emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, maintenance records, and system reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
