We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead to independently manage and drive the complete HR function for our Jaipur office.

? Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales & Operations

• Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee experience

- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and retention programs
- Manage HR operations, HRIS, attendance, leave & payroll inputs

• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC & gratuity

- Handle employee relations, grievances and performance-related matters




- Track recruitment metrics and build strong talent pipelines
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on people initiatives

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of progressive HR experience

✅ Minimum 1 year in a standalone/lead HR role

✅ Solid end-to-end technical & non-technical hiring experience

✅ Experience independently managing onboarding & offboarding

✅ Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

✅ Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS & Google Workspace/MS Office

⭐ B2B SaaS, tech startup or high-growth product company experience is a plus

⭐ MBA in HR / relevant certification preferred
