Role Description The Human Resources Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities for new team members. The role involves implementing HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting the development and updating of job descriptions in line with organizational requirements.

Officer will handle employee relations matters, help resolve workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.



The role also includes coordinating HR documentation, supporting HR-related communication, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot and is intended for local candidates only.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Development and role profiling to support recruitment and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFCs or financial services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in office in Rajkot and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
