Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Quick Pure is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers.

The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, liaise with recruitment agencies when needed, and support onboarding activities for new hires. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with department leaders to understand workforce needs, maintaining accurate recruitment records,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects Quick Pure’s values and culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, and offer coordination.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, hiring compliance, and basic employment regulations in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
