Ground Zero Events is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Jaipur.
We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage employee coordination, recruitment, HR processes, and workplace requirements while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee coordination and HR activities
- Handle end-to-end hiring and recruitment
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Implement and maintain HR policies and workplace processes
- Address employee concerns and support a healthy work environment
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
? What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidates with experience in the Event Management industry or a corporate background preferred
- Hands-on experience in hiring & recruitment
- Good understanding of HR policies and workplace processes
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, approachable, and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle employee coordination professionally
- Proactive attitude with good decision-making and people-management skills
