About the Role We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, driving effective recruitment, supporting employee relations, and building a positive and productive workplace culture.

The role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple HR functions, and collaborate closely with management and different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and processes
- Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and team development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and other HR activities




- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable regulations
- Work closely with management to identify HR requirements and implement effective solutions
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR
- MBA in HR / Human Resources or a relevant degree
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
