Investor, we’re on a mission to democratize access to premium real estate investments through curated, risk-assessed opportunities with Grade A developers across India. Founded in 2023, we have rapidly scaled across major metro cities and generated ₹100 Cr in YOY sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, leadership, and corporate functions
- Partner with founders and business leaders to understand hiring requirements
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through portals, LinkedIn, consultants and campus hiring
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee data and HR documentation




- Drive employee engagement, motivation and recognition initiatives
- Support performance management, PIPs and employee development processes
- Handle employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes as the organisation grows
- Work closely with leadership on people-related initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder and employee-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation
- Experience in real estate/sales hiring will be an added advantage
