Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance. The specialist will support the implementation of HR policies, administer employee benefits, and assist in performance management processes.

Responsibilities also include handling employee queries, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations.



The role collaborates closely with managers and team members to promote a positive, inclusive workplace and maintain consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in core HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management, including drafting, implementing, and communicating guidelines.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and related administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in an on-site HR role and familiarity with local employment laws in India are beneficial.
