Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for team members based in Noida. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

The HR Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain HR documentation and HRIS records, and support workforce planning in collaboration with leadership. In addition,



the role will include managing payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits administration, while promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with Creators Mind™’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies and documentation.
- Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in designing and delivering training, development programs, and engagement initiatives to support team growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in a tech, education, or startup workplace.
