We are looking for a ?????-?? ??? ??????????? ?? ??????? to manage and strengthen the company's human resources function.
The role will have primary responsibility for ?????? ???????????, ?? ??????????, ??????? ????????????, ?? & ???? ??????????, ????????? ??????????, ???????? ????????? ??????????, ??? ?? ??????????????.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in a ?????????????, ????????, ?? ??????? ???????? ??????????? and the ability to independently manage HR activities while working closely with management, plant teams, and functional heads.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave and employee records
- Ensure timely PF, ESIC and statutory compliance
- Manage labour law and factory-related compliance
- Handle employee relations, grievances and HR administration
- Maintain HR MIS, documentation and management reports
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors and statutory authorities

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5–8 ????? ?? ???????? ?? ??????????
- Prior experience in ???????? ????????????? / ??????? ???????? ?????????
- Solid hands-on knowledge of recruitment, payroll and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
