Key Responsibilities

- Eye for great talent. Bring them in. Give them wings to explore.
- Drive high-quality performance with clarity and culture.
- Handle grievances and conflicts with discipline and care.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
- Support learning & development programs and career growth planning
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports,



and HR analytics/dashboards
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRMS/HRIS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
