Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Noida.
The Human Resources
Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The role involves helping with onboarding processes, employee documentation, and basic personnel data management.
The intern will support the implementation of HR policies, assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and help respond to routine employee queries. The role also includes preparing HR reports, updating databases, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits concepts.
- Ability to support Personnel Management activities, including documentation and employee records maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with using MS Office tools and HR-related software or systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle confidential information responsibly.
