We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.

Position: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Oversee onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce data




- Partner with management on organizational and people-related initiatives
- Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar HR leadership role
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
