Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities for the on-site team in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding documentation, employee data management, and basic personnel queries. Additional tasks may involve supporting HR policy communication, coordinating employee benefits information, assisting with HR reports,



and participating in employee engagement initiatives.

This role offers exposure to core HR operations in a real estate advisory setting and requires close collaboration with HR management and other departments.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management processes
- Basic familiarity with HR Policies and their application in the workplace
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and related documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
