Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and coordination.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, have good communication skills, and be interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview schedules and follow-ups.

Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support HR in preparing letters, reports, trackers, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

Support HR in attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations.

Assist with employee communication and HR announcements.

Coordinate with employees and respective departments for routine HR requirements.





Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

Skills & Competencies

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Robust interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Proactive approach with a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BMS, MBA/PGDM (HR), or a related course.

Freshers and candidates with prior internship experience in HR are welcome to apply.

Candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and people management will be preferred.
