Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, providing practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management within a fast-growing education organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.





- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate employee benefits and personnel management activities.

- Support daily HR administrative operations and reporting.

- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of HR principles, HR policies, and personnel management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation skills preferred.
