Role Description The Human Resources Generalist at Pink Farms is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Generalist will administer employee perks, assist in payroll-related coordination, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations.



The role also involves supporting employee relations, addressing HR queries, organizing HR-related training and engagement activities, and collaborating with management to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support compliance and organizational culture.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with vendors and resolving employee benefit-related queries.
- Candidates should possess solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred, along with familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
