Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities for the Kozhikode location in an in office, full-time role.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employment contracts and HR documentation. The role involves handling payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will assist in performance management activities, employee engagement initiatives, and resolution of employee queries and concerns.

This position also supports HR reporting, supports training coordination,



and collaborates with management to implement HR procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in core HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and communication, such as handling queries, facilitating feedback, and supporting conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR compliance and administration, including familiarity with labor laws, policy implementation, attendance and leave management, and payroll support.
- Candidates should possess skills in data handling and reporting, such as using HR software, maintaining databases, and preparing basic HR reports and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within logistics, shipping, or related industries, will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with HR systems and digital tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
