Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating performance management activities.

Executive will handle employee relations matters, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
The role also includes implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.

Executive will collaborate with business leaders to support workforce planning, training and development, and other HR projects aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support strategic and operational people processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure effective implementation of procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to manage conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace communication.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of labor laws, experience with HRIS tools, and competency in Microsoft Office are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an HR executive or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are essential.
