Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interview scheduling and coordination.
- Oversee the onboarding process and maintain complete employee documentation. Provide operational support for payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
- Facilitate smooth employee lifecycle management across all stages of employment. Handle general HR operations and recruitment tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with sound interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and payroll software is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruitment drives and operational processes autonomously.
