We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- HR records, MIS and day-to-day HR operations
- Employee and management coordination

Candidate Profile:

- 1–5 years of experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good recruitment and candidate-handling skills
- Sound knowledge of HR operations
- Candidates from Shimla/New Shimla preferred
- Hotel/Hospitality HR experience preferred
- Real Estate experience will be an added advantage
