Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad.
The Human Resources
Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves overseeing HR policies and procedures,
maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards, and supporting performance management and appraisal cycles.

Executive will handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication between team members and management. The position also includes maintaining HR records and HRIS data, coordinating training and development activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with IOTA Diagnostic’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Sound working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a startup environment is a strong plus.
