HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Mumbai

Whizz HR is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to support business growth, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver effective HR solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace matters.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and high-potential employee programs.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change-management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improving employee experience and business outcomes.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to support hiring plans and improve the quality of talent acquisition.
- Lead and support employee engagement, culture-building,



and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced, growing organization is preferred.
- Mumbai-based or willing to work from Mumbai.
