We are looking for an experienced HRBP with solid expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring, senior-level recruitment, stakeholder management, and key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
- Handle mid-to-senior and leadership hiring, especially IT/Technology profiles.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Manage screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support employee engagement, retention, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- 12 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in IT/Technical and senior-level hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/HRMS, etc.
