Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with HR policy implementation.

The Human Resources

Associate will coordinate training and development activities,



help organize workshops, and support internal communication between teams and management.

Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, preparing HR reports, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The role requires close collaboration with HR leadership to ensure a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including organizing sessions and supporting learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS or HR-related software is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
