Job Summary:

We are looking for a Core HR professional to manage overall HR activities and employee engagement at the Kuha manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Operations for the plant.

- Drive employee engagement, employee relations, and grievance handling.

- Manage manpower planning, attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

- Handle performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate with plant management and employees to maintain a positive work setting.

- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and HR documentation.

Requirements:

- 4- 8 years of Core HR / Plant HR experience.

- Experience in Pharma or Nutraceutical manufacturing is preferred.

- Strong experience in employee engagement and employee relations.

- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Science Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

- Strong communication and people-management skills.
