We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead to independently manage and drive the complete HR function for our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales & Operations
- Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee experience
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and retention programs
- Manage HR operations, HRIS, attendance, leave & payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC & gratuity
- Handle employee relations, grievances and performance-related matters
- Track recruitment metrics and build strong talent pipelines




- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on people initiatives

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of progressive HR experience

Minimum 1 year in a standalone/lead HR role

Strong end-to-end technical & non-technical hiring experience

Experience independently managing onboarding & offboarding

Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS & Google Workspace/MS Office

B2B SaaS, tech startup or high-growth product company experience is a plus

MBA in HR / relevant certification preferred
