Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant/factory.

- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.

- Manage contract labour/workmen, attendance, shifts, leave and payroll coordination.

- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, etc.

- Drive employee engagement, training and welfare initiatives at the plant.

- Coordinate with production and other functional teams on manpower and HR requirements.

- Maintain HR MIS and plant-level HR reports.

- Support performance management and HR policies/process implementation.

- Handle audits, inspections and coordination with external/statutory authorities.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial/ D2C/ Furniture/ mattress Plant setup.

- Strong exposure to IR and labour relations.

- Experience managing blue-collar/workmen and contract labour.

- Valuable understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
