Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Support the preparation and posting of job descriptions.

- Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.

HR Operations

- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

- Support attendance and leave management.

- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and other documentation.

- Support employee onboarding and exit formalities.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Employee Engagement & General HR

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.





- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.

- Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related requirements.

- Assist with HR projects and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or a related field.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
