Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage HR Operations including attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads and business teams for recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention activities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes at the Assam location.
- Coordinate closely with the Head Office HR team on recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee matters.
- Coordinating Training and Development Initiatives.
- Responsible for Performance Management Appraisals
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate shall be from Assam
- Speaking Assamese and Hindi is mandatory
- Age between 30 to 40 Years
- Required Frequent Travel among Chirang, Dimahasao and Biswanath.
