Role & responsibilities
Your role will cover the complete employee lifecycle manpower planning, recruitment, training and development programs for employees, onboarding, payroll input, statutory compliance, performance and incentive administration, engagement, discipline and exit together with office administration, facilities, vendor management, travel and expense control across the Company’s offices and field locations. A detailed will be issued to you along with your Appointment Letter on joining.
You will devote your full working time and attention to the business of the Company and will not engage in any other employment, business or consultancy, whether paid or unpaid, without the prior written consent of the Company.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA (HR)
- 4–6 years in HR, recruitment & payroll
