Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Source and shortlist candidates from different platforms
- Conduct HR screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain candidate and employee databases
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operations
- Handle communication with students, interns, and employees
- Support HR strategy and hiring campaigns
- Maintain professionalism and company culture

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
- Confident in handling interviews and candidate interaction
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals,



and hiring platforms is preferred
- Freshers and students can apply

Eligibility
- MBA / BBA / BCom / Any Graduate
- HR specialization preferred
- Final-year students and freshers are welcome
