Role & responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring portals.
- On-boarding & Operations: Support the employee induction process and handle the documentation for new hires.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases using MS Excel.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize workplace events, employee activities, and feedback programs to foster corporate culture.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Qualification: MBA in HR (2024 to 2026).
2. Should have positive knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
3. Immediate joiner.
Stipend offered : 15000/- month Internship Duration : 6 months
