Job Title:Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR professional to support the HRBP in employee engagement, employee experience, HR operations, and workforce-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

- Conduct current-hire check-ins, floor connects, and pulse checks.

- Support employee queries, grievances, and onboarding activities.

- Analyze engagement survey results and support action planning.

- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and engagement.

- Educate employees on HR policies and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with HR Operations for process-related activities and audits.

- Support employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and designation changes.

Skills & Requirements:

- 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations or HRBP support.

- Hands-on experience in employee engagement and HR reporting.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
