Job responsibilities

- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Factory Act)
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and statutory filings
- Oversee manpower planning, contractor management & deployment
- Manage time office activities attendance, shifts, leave & OT
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain compliance documentation
- Address employee queries related to payroll and attendance
- Prepare MIS reports on headcount, payroll & compliance
