At Flo Mattress, you’ll be building teams across CS, Marketing, Supply Chain and more. From finding the right profiles to getting them through the finish line, you’ll own the recruitment journey end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across non-IT functions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn & social media
- Screen profiles and figure out who’s actually worth a call
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up, negotiate, close & onboard
- Keep our candidate database and recruitment trackers updated

What we’re looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition




- Valuable communication & coordination skills
- Comfortable with sourcing tools and job portals
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and getting things done
