We are looking for an Executive Cafe HRBP to partner with our cafe operations and drive people-related initiatives across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Cafe Managers and Area Managers on HR and employee-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances, attendance, performance and HR operations.
- Conduct regular caf visits and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism and hiring.
- Support performance management, employee relations and HR initiatives.
- Drive diversity, inclusion and other people-focused programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B;, QSR, retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, people-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to travel across caf locations.
