HR / Personnel Consultant (Part-Time)

Engagement: Part time / On-Call Consulting

Role Purpose

Support HR and people-integration activities across Hi-Tech and its group companies, visiting locations on an on-call basis to guide workforce integration and harmonize HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR/personnel matters and resolve employee grievances and integration issues.
- Conduct manpower assessment, skill mapping and competency gap analysis.
- Identify training needs and recommend development interventions.
- Review org structure, manpower deployment and recommend optimization/redeployment.
- Rationalize compensation structures and implement the new labour code.




- Align designations, grades, roles and reporting structures.
- Harmonize HR policies and update the Employee Handbook.
- Support change management and employee communication during integration.
- Advise Management on sensitive personnel matters during merger/post-merger integration.

Desired Profile Senior HR professional (retired/consultant) with experience in manufacturing, M&A;, organizational restructuring, employee relations and compensation rationalization. Multi-location, engineering/manufacturing background preferred.
